Rebel Galaxy is a single-player space trading and combat simulation game created and published by two-person studio Double Damage Games for Microsoft Windows and OS X on Steam and GOG.com on October 20, 2015.

In a randomly generated world, the game offers space battles in capital ships. While non-player fighter craft and gunships can maneuver in three dimensions, the player’s and other capital ships’ mobility is restricted to a two-dimensional plane, with combat focusing on using broadsides to attack and defeat enemy ships.

Players can engage in other activities such as pirating, trading, or bounty hunting and complete story missions to develop the plot, similar to previous space flight simulator games such as Freelancer.

Ubisoft Toronto produced and released Starlink: Battle for Atlas, an action-adventure video game. It was published on October 16, 2018, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and on April 30, 2019, for Microsoft Windows.

The Atlas star system is the setting for the game. The player’s mothership, Equinox, is ambushed by the Forgotten Legion early in the game and crashes on a neighboring planet, with the captain taken hostage.

Grax, the Legion’s leader, is enthralled with the Wardens, an extinct species that left much of their old technology behind. Grax, who wants to harness such technology for his legion, is a continual menace the player must contend with throughout the game.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, like the rest of the Ace Combat series, foregoes a realistic flight model in favor of faster, arcade-style action to make it more accessible to newcomers. The player can also choose between Novice and Expert control settings, with the latter allowing for realistic aircraft maneuvers like rolls and high-g turns.

There are 28 different planes in the game, with nine more available as downloadable material and the F-4E Phantom II known as a pre-order bonus. The majority of the aircraft are licensed from the real world, but a few fictional superplanes are also.
